Nick has such a smiley friendly way of teaching it just makes you wanna go out and spin sometimes before you've finished watching the video. Amazing stuff! This means you can built moves from the steps shown. Already I have started doing better isolations and stalls and ive only been at poi for 2 weeks

Reviewer: Dan from Australia This dvd is very good if you have learned all of the tricks but want to take your skills to the next level. this dvd doesn't focus on "how to do a certain trick" but rather 'opens your eyes' to a different way of seeing things. its very good and recommended if you wish to become advanced with the poi.
