I have used these in high winds and the chains still maintain a decent pull on the flags. The colors are brilliant as well! I am very satisfied with these.

I got them in orange and pink they are so beautiful!! Its like twirling in the sunset and they make a great sound! An absolute joy to spin i want them in every colour!
