Home of Poi is not only an amazing website
but the support team is also amazing
I've ordered from this site a couple times
one time i screwed up on an order (silly me)
and i contacted customer support and i got a reply almost immediately!
the service on this site is uncanny!
the products sold on this site are of amazing quality
even the delivery was amazing (which is definitely a first for me...I seem to have bad luck with couriers)

Absolute best service ever. Expected Date of Arrival was the 30th, i received them on the 22nd, product quality is 100% A-1 tip-top cream of the crop, couldn't be any happier with the way i was handled, (immediately, by the way,) when there was a slight misalignment in my order; i was, again, immediately (i am on the other side of the world from H.O.P.) and professionally taken care of as if i had bought a rolls royce or something, and the order was sent same day out after correspondence with H.O.P.
