Great set of practice sticks, they are so light and grippy I'm comfortable using them inside of my apartment. The CD-ROM is good to look at the different tricks and vary the speed of play for working through moves better. The flower ends provide nice balance as well.

I put my order in not expecting it before xmas as it was the fri before. It arrived in 3 working days. On xmas eve my lil one put on a poi show for all the xmas light watchers on the driveway. My son was tossing the devil stick around his head, in the end we had quite a crowd.
